Bad day

I'm having a really bad mental health day... So much so that it is effecting my physical health. My stomach is too unsettled to eat dinner. Nothing specific triggered these feelings, it's just one of those days. Feeling like nothing I do is good enough and not having the energy to try harder. I seriously just wanna give up. But I know I can't. My girls need me. I need to find a way out of this cloud. Any suggestions?
